Register on ICPC Global

Go to icpc.global and create an account. The individual need to choose the role as coach(for Staff members)/ Contestants (for students). The coach can now form a team of exactly 3 eligible students and 1 Reserve in any contest happening in the region.

Registering Your Team in Chennai Site

a. To take part in the Chennai Regionals the team has to clear the First round contest name "The 2026 ICPC Asia Chennai Preliminary Contest (Online)"

b. The coach can form the team with 3 contestants and one optional reserve contestant to take part in contest.

  1. Goto icpc.global click create team
  2. Select the region at Asia West
  3. Click ICPC Asia West Continent Championship Contest, this will show all contests in the region.
  4. Choose 2026 ICPC Asia Chennai Regional Contest.
  5. You can now see 2026 ICPC Asia Chennai Preliminary Contest
  6. You may now enter the team details and register the team for online preliminary contest.

Pay the Contest Fee

Transfer the registration fee (₹1,500 for the online contest to the bank account listed below, using UPI, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or bank transfer. Submit the payment details to the google form

Registering teams for the Onsite Contest (Only for Qualified Teams)

Only selected teams shall be promoted to this contest and these teams need to pay ₹4,500 for the onsite contest) to the bank account listed below, using UPI, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or bank transfer and submit the payment details in the below. No direct registration is allowed to this contest except all overseas teams.
